Access the New Registration Portal for Parents
To enroll your child in educational childcare, you must access the Childcare Services Registration Portal. The Portal allows you to create your family file, search for a childcare service that fits both your needs and your child’s, submit and track admission requests, and update your contact information.
To ensure optimal processing of your file and receipt of all key notifications, make sure to visit your account regularly and to keep your information up to date.
Do you represent a childcare centre (CPE), a day care centre or a home educational childcare service? Access the Childcare Services Registration Portal (French only).
To access the Childcare Services Registration Portal, you need to confirm your identity through your Government Authentication Service account.
If you do not have a Government Authentication Service account, you will need to create one. This will require key information. If you do not have a Quebec health insurance card to create a Government Authentication Service account, call Services Québec at 1-877-644-4545. An agent will guide you through this process.
