The spouses can file a joint application for divorce if:
they are living apart on the date on which the application is filed;
they agree on all the consequences of their separation.
To file a joint application for divorce on the basis of a draft agreement, the ground for divorce cannot be either adultery or physical or mental abuse. The spouses must also have lived apart for at least one year.
