Definition of calendar and workdays
Calendar days include weekends and statutory Gouvernement du Québec holidays. Does a deadline fall on a holiday or weekend? It is then moved to the next working day.
Workdays are counted from Monday up to and including Friday. Saturdays, Sundays and public vacations are not included.
If you are not satisfied with the review decision, you can appeal it to the Administrative Tribunal of Québec.
