About paying a debt if you are no longer receiving financial assistance from the Ministère de l'Emploi et de la Solidarité sociale

You must enter into a payment agreement if you no longer receive financial assistance under the

  • Social Assistance program
  • Social Solidarity program
  • Public employment services
  • Aim for Employment Program
  • Basic Income Program
  • Québec Parental Insurance Plan

You will be able to choose the payment method that works best for you. You will be able to split your payments between two separate files. The other file could be, for example, that of your spouse. Complete the Payment Allocation Request form to determine payment sharing (PDF 74 Kb)

Even if you make a payment agreement, some or all of the money that comes from Revenu Québec can be used to pay your debt. Your provincial tax refund may be part of these amounts. Your solidarity tax credit may also be part of these amounts.
