Obtain online information about paying your debt to the Ministère de l'Emploi et de la Solidarité sociale
Information is available online in your debt payment file for programs administered by the Ministère, including

- Social Solidarity program
- Aim for Employment Program
- Basic Income Program
This information is also available for public employment services and for the Québec Parental Insurance Plan.
Online services available in My Account — Employment Assistance – Social Assistance for your debt allow you to
- find out about the balance shown on your file when applicable
- send documents online
- consult the latest monetary transactions in your file when applicable
- read messages sent by the Centre de recouvrement
- receive new message alerts
Paying your debt to the Ministère is not done using the online services My Account — Employment assistance – Social assistance.
To pay your debt to the Ministère, here are the various payment methods available:
- Online through your financial institution
- By pre-authorized debit, telephone, ATM or counter
- By cheque, money order or postal money order
