Teachers from Romania

The evaluation of applications for a teaching licence is performed exclusively by the Ministère de l’Éducation du Québec (MEQ). It is based on the analysis of all of the documents provided by candidates as proof of teacher education received in Romania and that enabled them to teach there legally (diplomas, transcripts, etc.).

It does not replace, in any way whatsoever, the decision of the MEQ with regard to applications for a teaching licence.

Here is a list of diplomas and documents that may be considered:

• Diploma de licenta… titlul de licenciat(a) in a subject taught in Québec accompanied by a Certificat de acordare a definitivarii in invatamant;
• Diploma de licenta… titlul de licenciat(a) in a subject taught in Québec accompanied by a Certificat de acordare a gradului didactic;
• Diploma de licenta… titlul de licenciat(a) in a subject taught in Québec accompanied by a Certificat de acordare a definitivarii in invatamant;
• Diploma de licenta… titlul de licenciat(a) in a subject taught in Québec accompanied by a Certificat de absolvire… personalului didactic;
• Diploma de licenta in a subject taught in Québec accompanied by a Certificat de Absolvire… specialitatea pedadogic;
• Diploma de licenta specializarea pedagogia invatamantului primar si prescolar.
