Novoclimat – Home

Grant for the construction of a Novoclimat certified home. For single-family homes (detached, semi-detached, or row houses), intergenerational homes, or single-family homes with an attached dwelling.

Novoclimat – Small multiple-unit building (in French only)

Grant for the construction of a Novoclimat certified small multiple-unit building. Applies to buildings with three storeys or fewer and a maximum area of 600 m².

Novoclimat – Large multiple-unit building (in French only)

Grant for the construction of a Novoclimat certified large multiple-unit building. Applies to buildings with an area greater than 600 m² or with at least four storeys, and no more than ten storeys.

Training and certification

Take training courses to acquire the expertise needed to build Novoclimat certified homes and small multiple-unit buildings.
