Small claims judgment
Consult a judgment rendered by the Small Claims Division
To consult a small claims judgment:
- Go to the Small Claims office at a courthouse.
- Visit the SOQUIJ Trouver une décision page (in French only).
Have the file number (e.g., XXX-XX-XXXXXX-XX) or the names of the parties on hand, if possible.
Copies of judgments
You can request a copy of a judgment on file at the courthouse.
You can also take photos of a judgment on file at the courthouse.
You cannot leave the courthouse with the judgment. In other words, the entire file must remain at the courthouse.
