As of March 15, 2023, with regard to applications for temporary selection for studies in Québec, the Ministère de l’Immigration, de la Francisation et de l’Intégration will no longer issue a printed copy of your Certificat d’acceptation du Québec (CAQ – Québec Acceptance Certificate) for studies.
Instead of receiving a printed copy of your CAQ for studies in the mail, an Attestation of issuance of your CAQ for studies will be uploaded to your online file 
. You must use this document to submit your study permit application to the federal government, to fulfil the requirements of your learning institution and to access the services offered to foreign students.
This measure will allow the Ministère to simplify the temporary selection process for studies by avoiding the constraints related to international mailing, which will better serve foreigners interested in pursuing their studies in Québec.
