Promoting Yourself and Finding a Job

The Wage Subsidy program can make your application more attractive and facilitate your recruitment by an employer. You will increase your chances of finding long-lasting employment or acquiring skills that will serve you in another job.

This program offers financial assistance paid to the employer to reimburse

  • part of your salary during a determined period of time to encourage the employer to hire you;
  • part of the salary of a support person, from within the company, who will guide you in your new tasks;
  • the cost of refresher training offered by the company to develop your skills for the targeted job.
