- Prepare or coordinate the preparation of various reports.
- Coordinate financial planning (budget, analysis, forecasts, etc.).

- Propose modifications to controllers, senior managers, and heads of other departments.
- Hire, organize, train, and manage personnel.
- Ensure communication between the company and shareholders, investors, and financial analysts.
- Define standards of profitability for investment projects, evaluate them, and deal with mergers or acquisitions.
- Inform top management on the company's financial performance.
