Job description
These individuals supervise and coordinate the work done by:
- Accounting clerks
- Pay administrators
- Bank, insurance, and other financial services clerks
- Collectors
Environment
- Controlled ambient temperature
Main tasks
- Develop effective schedules, procedures, and work methods.
- Coordinate, assign, and review the work of clerks.
- Authorize transactions.
- Coordinate activities with other departments or divisions.
- Solve problems.
- Draft and submit reports.
- Train staff on company tasks and policies.
- Order supplies and equipment.
- Maintain, repair, and ensure the proper operation of computer systems and equipment.
- Perform the same duties as supervised staff as required.
