Job description
These individuals book rooms and provide information and customer services. They work in:

Main tasks
- Keep records of reservations.
- Greet guests, record them in the arrivals register, and assign them rooms.
- Respond to customer inquiries, inform them about services offered, and handle complaints.
- Compile and verify customer accounts.
- Check cash statements and supporting documents.
- Present bills to guests leaving the hotel and collect the amounts due.
