Main tasks
- Supervise, coordinate, and plan the activities of food processing workers.
- Establish working methods to meet deadlines and coordinate work with other sections.
- Order equipment and supplies.
- Resolve work-related problems and recommend measures to increase productivity.
- Manage staff and ensure their training.
- Ensure compliance with occupational safety standards.
- Draft reports.
- Identify, evaluate, and control production-related risks.
