When your movable property is seized, the bailiff produces a report containing information about the procedure.

Custody of seized property

Once your property is seized, you are responsible for keeping it in good condition until sold.

Distribution of proceeds

The money from the sale is distributed according to an established order of priority.

Opposition to seizure

You can object to a seizure or to the planned sale of seized property.

Payment of the cost of the seizure and cost of the sale

In the event of a seizure, execution fees are added to the amount owed, according to an order set by law.
