As the debtor, you are the only person who can decide to file a declaration for volontary deposit.

Registering for voluntary deposit

To register for voluntary deposit, you must go to the office of the Court of Québec in the judicial district of your choice, generally the district where you have your home or workplace.

Content of the declaration

Know the information that the declaration must contain for it to be registered with the office of the Court of Québec.
