How to complete the schedules
Your parents, sponsor or spouse must first create or log in to their online file to report their income.
They must then provide the following information:
- their contact information (address, telephone, etc.)
- their social insurance number
- information allowing us to link you to them (first name, last name and date of birth, as well as your permanent code)
- the amount shown on line 199 of their last Québec income declaration (tax return)
Your parents, sponsor or spouse must provide this information within 45 days following your application.
