Main tasks
- Plan, direct, control, and evaluate the institutions’ activities.
- Develop and administer policies, programs, and budgets.
- Prepare and implement, alongside a team, a communication and marketing plan.
- Implement projects.
- Apply for grants and funding.
- Prepare operational and financial analyses, recommendations, and reports.
- Ensure human resources management (recruit, train, manage, evaluate).
- Fulfill, as required, the functions of a librarian, archivist, or curator.
- Ensure the management of the institution’s material resources.
- Develop and implement the institution’s strategic plan.
