Job description
These individuals supervise and coordinate personnel who process and manufacture various products (textiles, fur, leather, etc.). They are employed by tanneries or manufacturers of textiles or fabric, fur, and leather products.

Main tasks
- Supervise, coordinate, and plan the activities of personnel who process and manufacture textile products, fabrics, fur, and leather.
- Establish work methods to meet deadlines and coordinate work with other sections.
- Order equipment and supplies.
- Solve work-related problems and recommend measures to increase productivity.
- Manage and train staff.
- Ensure compliance with occupational safety standards.
- Draft reports.
- Adjust machinery and equipment, as required.
