Applying for a Review or Administrative Reconsideration as the Recipient of a Social Assistance Program
You can apply for a review or administrative reconsideration if you disagree with a decision rendered in your file concerning a social assistance program. This application allows you to obtain a new assessment.

Administrative reconsideration for the Aim for Employment Program
Under the Aim for Employment Program, you can apply for administrative reconsideration in connection with one or more of the following:
- the obligation to participate in the Aim for Employment Program
- the denial of access to the Aim for Employment Program because you do not meet the program’s criteria
- the Labour Market Entry Plan and planned activities
- additional costs
- participation allowances
- temporary work interruption allowances paid during the participation period due to temporary limitations
