As a creditor or interested party, you can contest the debtor’s declaration if you do not agree with it.

Your share of the amounts deposited

As a creditor, you will receive an amount that corresponds to your share of the debtor’s total debt.

As a creditor, you are entitled to be informed about the debtor’s situation.
