Your complaint and the information collected will be forwarded to authorized personnel of Services Québec, affiliated with the Ministère de l'Emploi et de la Solidarité sociale, for processing.
Your complaint, depending on its subject, may be forwarded to another department or agency, depending on its area of jurisdiction. Access to personal information is restricted to persons authorized to consult it in the performance of their duties.

The Québec government cannot handle complaints regarding the services or activities of educational institutions. If your issue concerns an educational institution, please contact the relevant English-language school board, private school or school service centre and follow their internal complaint procedure.
