The Criminal and Penal Division is one of the divisions of the Court of Quebec that hears cases in criminal and penal matters.

Youth Division

The Youth Division is one of the divisions of the Court of Quebec that hears applications relating to the security or development of young people under 18 years of age.

Unified Family Tribunal (UFT)

This tribunal hears certain disputes in family matters, civil matters and certain matters relating to youth.
