Human Rights Tribunal

The Human Rights Tribunal is a specialized tribunal that hears:

  • complaints concerning discrimination or harassment based on one of the prohibited grounds for discrimination under the Charter of Human Rights and Freedoms;
  • cases concerning the exploitation of elderly people and people with disabilities;
  • matters concerning affirmative action programs.
