Human Rights Tribunal
The Human Rights Tribunal is a specialized tribunal that hears:
- complaints concerning discrimination or harassment based on one of the prohibited grounds for discrimination under the Charter of Human Rights and Freedoms;
- cases concerning the exploitation of elderly people and people with disabilities;
- matters concerning affirmative action programs.
