If the recipient country requires a single apostille for both the judgment and the certificate of no appeal, you can make a single request for both documents by choosing the document type.
If the recipient country requires two separate apostilles for the judgment and the certificate of no appeal, you must make one request for the judgment and add another for the certificate of no appeal.
For example:
You must apostille a Superior Court judgment and a certificate of no appeal separately. First, make a request for the judgment, then make a second request by choosing Other and indicating “Certificate of no appeal” on your form. You will have to pay for two apostille applications.
