Register for online services
Register for the program’s online services if you wish to obtain government financial assistance for a new or used electric vehicle or for a charging station.
Even if your dealer completes for you the rebate application for your new vehicle, you must register beforehand with the program’s online services.
Step 1 – Create your account
Click on the Create a user account button to access the program’s online services:
The account must be created using the same name as that appearing on the vehicle registration certificate.
- Your email address will be your user code in the online services.
- The first name and last name must be identical to those that appear on your social insurance card.
- Your password must comprise at least 7 characters and contain at least one capital letter, one lowercase letter, and one digit.
You will immediately receive an email:
- Click on the hyperlink in the email to activate your account.
- Click on Se connecter (Connect), then enter the information requested.
You will then access for the first time the program’s online services.
Step 3 – Fill out your profile
- In the online services portal, select Programme Roulez électrique, then click on Créer un profil (Create a profile).
- If you are an individual, select the type of profile Particulier (Individual).
- Provide all the information required then accept the conditions of use.
You have created your account.
Next steps
You can now visit your car dealer and obtain the government rebate on the purchase or lease directly at the time of the transaction.
If you do not do businesses with a dealer in Québec, complete the application online.
You can also use the online services to submit a reimbursement request for a charging station.
