Job description

These individuals plan, organize, direct, coordinate, and control all the internal and external communication activities of an organization. They oversee media and public relations. They promote events and activities. They produce information and advertising campaigns for the public. They implement strategies to promote effective communications within organizations. They are self-employed or work for:

  • Marketing agencies
  • Communication firms

Main tasks

  • Direct the design and production of communication tools, advertisements, and publications.
  • Develop communication plans in line with the events and activities to be promoted.
  • Ensure the cohesion and linguistic quality of the messages communicated to the public.
  • Oversee crisis management and act as a media spokesperson.
  • Direct copywriting, linguistic revision, and translation activities.
  • Manage human, financial, and material resources for the communications department.
