Review and reconsideration
If you are not satisfied with a decision rendered, you have the right to request a review of a decision made by the office responsible for your file (Services Québec office, direction régionale, Centre de communication avec la clientèle or, for decisions made under the Québec Parental Insurance Plan, the Centre de service à la clientèle).
The review will give you the opportunity to make your point. You will be informed by letter of the decision rendered.
Decisions that are not subject to review may be subject to an administrative reconsideration. These include decisions made under programs, measures and activities related to public employment services and social assistance and support programs.

Services d’assistance aux employeurs pour l’intégration de personnes handicapées
This service provides first-line support to help integrate a disabled person into working life. The aim of this service is to facilitate access to relevant information and resources that can advise and assist employers, whether in recruiting a disabled person, adapting the workplace, welcoming interns as part of a training program or any other need related to integrating disabled persons into the workplace.
