After obtaining your work permit

If you arrive in Québec at the Montréal-Trudeau International Airport, you will be greeted by personnel from the Reception Service of the Ministère de l’Immigration, de la Francisation et de l’Intégration. They will be able to register you for information sessions on Québec.

If you arrive on an international flight 

First, you must go through Canadian customs control. Then, you will be directed to the Reception Service of the Ministère de l’Immigration, de la Francisation et de l’Intégration. This service is located before the exit from the secured area, after picking up your luggage. The opening hours are from noon to midnight. 

If you arrive on a flight from another Canadian airport 

Proceed to the Reception Service of the Ministère de l’Immigration, de la Francisation et de l’Intégration, located in the domestic arrivals area. The opening hours are from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m.
