Submit a grant application by mail
Once you have gathered your supporting documents, you can complete and submit your application for financial assistance for an individual charging station in a multiple dwelling.
Persons who are unable to use the online services may submit an application by mail using the PDF form.
Complete and sign the form.
Send it, along with a copy of all required documents, to the program’s address.
