How to file a complaint
Comments, suggestions and complaints from applicants and citizens are extremely important to us, since they allow us to continue to improve the quality of our services.
If you are dissatisfied with the service you have received, please begin by contacting the Écorecharge Program team. You may submit your comments or express your dissatisfaction by writing to ecorecharge@environnement.gouv.qc.ca.
If you are still not satisfied after completing this first step, you may file a complaint with the Bureau de la transition climatique et énergétique.
Please note that the Bureau may take up to 20 working days to process your complaint.
If, despite the Bureau’s involvement, you still feel you have suffered prejudice as a result of our decision or omission, you may submit a complaint in the second instance to the Secrétariat général of the Ministère de l'Environnement, de la Lutte contre les changements climatiques, de la Faune et des Parcs.
Once again, please note that it may take up to 20 working days to process your complaint.
