Create an online services user account

Register for theÉcorecharge program online services if you wish to obtain government financial assistance for a charging station.  

Please note that once logged in, all online services of the Écorecharge program are available in French only.

The Roulez vert and Écorecharge programs share the same online services platform. If you received the government rebate when purchasing your electric vehicle, you already have a user account for the online services.

Click on the Create an account button to access the program’s online services.

Create a user account

Individuals: 

• The account must be created using the same name as that appearing on the vehicle registration certificate.
• Your personal email address will be your user code in the online services.
• The first name and last name must be identical to those that appear on your social insurance card.

Businesses, municipalities, or organizations: 

• Your professional email address will be your user code in the online services.
• The first name and last name must be those of an authorized representative of the organization.

Your password must comprise at least seven characters and contain at least one capital letter, one lowercase letter, and one digit. 

You will immediately receive an email: 

• Click on the hyperlink in the email to activate your account.
• Click on Connect, then enter the information requested.
• In the online services portal, select Programmes Roulez vert et Écorecharge.

You will access for the first time the online services of the Écorecharge program. 

• Click on Create a profile.
• If you are an individual, select the type of profile “Individual”.
• Provide all the information required then accept the conditions of use.
