Monitor the processing of your application
If supporting documents or additional information are required to process your application, you will be notified by email.
You must log in to your file in the Roulez vert and Écorecharge online services to make the requested corrections.
Payment of the financial assistance
Once your application for financial assistance has been approved, you will be notified by email.
You must then log in again to the Écorecharge program online services to enter your social insurance number in your file.
- Log in to your file in the Roulez vert and Écorecharge online services.
- In the My notices tab, enter your social insurance number (SIN).
The online services are secure, and this step is required for the financial assistance to be issued.
You will receive the government financial assistance by cheque, by mail, within four to six weeks.

You may contact customer service if you have difficulty accessing your file, uploading the required documents, or for any other questions.
