Create a user account in the Écorecharge's online services

If you haven’t already done so, register yourself, your business, or your condominium syndicate in the Écorecharge program’s online services.

This is a prerequisite in order to submit your reimbursement application for a charging station project in a multiple dwelling.

Click the “Create a user account” button to access the program’s online services:

• Your email address will be your username in the online services.
• If you are an individual, your first and last names must match those that appear on your social insurance card.
• If you are a business, municipality, or organization, the first and last names must be those of an authorized representative of the organization.
• Your password must be at least 7 characters long and contain at least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, and one number.

• You will immediately receive an email: click the hyperlink it contains to activate your account.
• Click Sign in, then enter the required information.

You will then access the program’s online services for the first time.

• In the online services portal, select the Roulez vert / Écorecharge programs, then click Create a profile.
• Select the profile type that applies to you.
• Provide all required information, then accept the terms of use.
