Complete an online application for a charging project in a multiple dwelling

Once you have gathered your supporting documents, you may complete and submit an online application for financial assistance for a charging station project in a multiple dwelling.

1 – Register for the online services

You must create your account and fully complete your user profile.

Refer to the procedure Create a user account if you have not already done so.

2 – Submit an application for financial assistance

  • Log in to the online services, then select the Roulez vert / Écorecharge programs.
  • In the menu, click the My Applications tab.
  • Click the Create an Application button.
  • Choose the Charging Station option, then Residential Multiple Dwelling.
  • Select a building type based on the number of units and the construction date.
  • Indicate whether you are the owner of a multiple dwelling building.  
  • Enter all required information in the Installation Address and Charging Station tabs.
  • In the Documents tab, make sure to attach an electronic version of all required supporting documents to your application.
  • Do not forget to add all the charging stations that have been installed, if there is more than one.
  • Save the application, then click Submit Application.

3 – Track the status of your application

The program administrator will process your application.

If corrections or additional information are required, you will be notified by email. You will need to sign in to your account to provide the requested corrections.

4 – Application approval and payment of financial assistance

Once your application is approved, you will be notified by email.

If you are an individual, you must sign in to your account again in the online services and enter your Social Insurance Number (SIN) in the My Notifications tab. The online services are secure, and this step is mandatory for the financial assistance to be issued.

You will receive your reimbursement by cheque, by mail, within four to six weeks.

The financial assistance amount is paid in a single instalment.

You must keep all documents and supporting documents related to your application for financial assistance for three years after the government incentive is paid.
