You have failed to respect the repayment conditions of your student loan. Your financial institution has transferred your file to the Collection Department, which is asking you to enter into a repayment agreement.
This transfer has the following consequences:
You can no longer make an application for the Deferred Payment Plan.
Your provincial tax refunds and Social Solidarity credits (if you have them) will be used to pay off your loan, without notice even if you make payments.
Unless there is a separate agreement, you will no longer be eligible for the Loans and Bursaries Program.

You can submit a repayment agreement in your Student Financial Assistance File.
A simulator allows you to propose an amount and frequency of payment. If your proposal is accepted, you will be able to repay your loan by preauthorized payments, by cheque, by post office money order, by bank money order or online.
