Filing a Complaint or Making a Comment


To file a complaint or make a comment about a program or service, please contact the Service des plaintes et des relations avec la clientèle at Services Québec.

Your complaint and the information collected will be forwarded to authorized personnel of Services Québec, affiliated with the Ministère de l'Emploi et de la Solidarité sociale, for processing.
