Change of address for lessees of water property in the domain of the State
Lessees of a parcel of water property in the domain of the State can apply for a change of address in their file.
Change of address applicationsmust include at least one of the following:
- File number
- Lease number
- Payer client number
- Invoice number
Fill out the online form (French). In the application identification section, select “Other” (in French: Autre.) An acknowledgement of receipt will be provided once the application has been submitted.
Request for a new owner
In the case of a real estate transaction, the new owner must file an application to grant rights, not an application for a change of address. Consult our section Granting occupation rights for more information.
