Document copies

Copies of documents may be obtained under certain conditions.

Holders of an occupation right may apply for a copy of the right that was granted. Applications must include at least one of the following:

Fill in the Other online request form. You will receive an acknowledgement of receipt once your request has been submitted.

Individuals who are not the holder of the occupation right first need to file an access to information request. The procedure is explained in the Act respecting Access to documents held by public bodies and the Protection of personal information.
