Confirm your Income
At the beginning of the year, either in January or February, you must confirm or update your income for the previous calendar year (from January 1 to December 31). If not, your financial assistance instalments will be suspended.
In May, we will compare the income reported in your Student Financial Assistance File with the income you reported to Revenu Québec. You may need to provide additional information if the 2 amounts do not match. Your financial assistance instalments may be adjusted accordingly and you may have to repay an overpayment.
You can make changes to your file during the year by completing a Declaration of Change (PDF 148 Kb).
