Complete a Declaration

Your parents, sponsor or spouse must first create or log in to their online file to report their income.

They must then provide the following information:

  • their contact information (address, telephone, etc.)
  • their social insurance number
  • information allowing us to link you to them (first name, last name and date of birth as well as your permanent code)
  • the amount shown on line 199 of their last Québec income declaration (tax return)

Send the declaration by mail

The forms to be filled in to report their income are the following:  

A person who contributes financially to your studies may want to report their income for the current year if it has dropped significantly from last year. In this case, they must also provide one of the following forms:
