End of financial assistance on March 31, 2026
Government financial assistance for converting a central heating system from oil or propane will no longer be available after March 31, 2026.
Attention, you must have completed your work and submitted your application for financial assistance before this date.
No application for financial assistance received after March 31, 2026 will be accepted.
You must use the online form to submit an application for financial assistance from the Chauffez vert program.
Before you start, make sure you have all the necessary documents!
You cannot interrupt your session or save your form for later completion.

Immediately after submitting the online form, you’ll receive an automated email confirming the reception of your application, and a second email with your Chauffez vert file number.
Contact our customer service promptly if you do not receive these two emails. You are responsible for keeping the confirmation of submission of your application for financial assistance.
Keep your file number in a safe place to use it in communications about your application.
In case of difficulty with supporting documents
In the online form, each document can consist of a maximum of five files or photos.
If the size or number of your supporting documents exceeds the allowable limit, submit your application online anyway. Then send us the extra supporting documents by e-mail.
Transmitting extra supporting documents

If necessary, send your extra supporting documents by e-mail, indicating:
- name of the homeowner;
- address of the dwelling to be renovated;
- your Chauffez vert file number.
