Professional responders are available for young people aged 20 or under who are dealing with issues including bullying and cyberbullying. They can be reached by telephone from 6 a.m. to 2 a.m., and by text or chat from 8 a.m. to 10.30 p.m.

Provides services 24 hours per day for children, adolescents and young adults throughout Canada who are dealing with issues including bullying and cyberbullying.

Offers practical solutions for young people aged 13 to 17, to help them take control of situations involving cyberbullying. Also provides resources for parents and adults who have been asked to help young people dealing with cyberbullying.

Provides assistance, listening and guidance services for young sports competitors and other people from Québec’s sporting community (parents, coaches, sports organizations, officials and volunteers) who witness violent incidents directed at young people, including bullying and cyberbullying.

CAVACs can be found in every region of Québec. They provide access to trained professional responders for issues relating to bullying and cyberbullying.

Student ombudsmen in school service centres and school boards

These people are responsible for processing complaints reported to school organizations, including incidents involving violence and bullying.

Groupe de recherche et d’intervention sociale (GRIS)

These groups lead demystification workshops in schools in various regions of Québec. In some cases they provide listening and support services for young people aged 14 to 25, and their parents, on issues including bullying and cyberbullying.
