Distribution to creditors
In addition to the creditor who requested the seizure in the hands of a third person (the seizing creditor), all your other creditors can participate in the distribution of the amounts or income seized, for as long as the seizure remains active.
The creditors who wish to register on the list for the distribution of the amounts or income seized in the hands of a third person must use the Claim for the Seizure of Property in the Hands of a Third Person (SJ-255-A) (PDF 273 Kb) form if the amounts seized are administered by the court clerk. If the seizure is administered by a bailiff, the creditors must contact the bailiff directly to participate in the distribution.
