A seizure in the hands of a third person begins by the service of a notice of execution on the garnishee.
The notice of execution sets out the garnishee’s obligations.
The notice requires the garnishee to declare to the bailiff, within 10 days, the amount, cause and terms of his or her current or potential indebtedness to you at the time the declaration is made.
