Release of seizure

At any point in the sale of your seized property, you can end the process by paying the amount you have been ordered to pay by the court, plus execution costs. This is what is meant by “release of seizure”.

When you obtain release of seizure, the bailiff attests to the release of seizure at the request of any interested person, and files a notice of release in each of the records concerned at the court office.
