Payment of the financial assistance
You will be notified by email once your financial assistance application has been approved.
You must again access the Roulez vert program’s online services to enter your social insurance number in your file.
- Access your file in the Roulez vert program’s online services.
- Under the Mes avis (My notices) tab, enter your social insurance number (SIN).
The online services are secure, and this step is mandatory for you to receive the financial assistance.
You will receive your reimbursement in the form of a cheque by regular mail within four to six weeks.

You can contact customer service if you have trouble accessing your file or appending the requisite documents, or for any other question.
