Complete online an application respecting a multiple dwelling building charging station

Once you have assembled all your supporting documents, you can complete and submit your application online to obtain the reimbursement for a multiple dwelling building charging station.

1 – Register for online services

You must create your account and completely fill out your user profile.

Consult the Create a user account procedure if you have not already done so.

2 – Submit the financial assistance application

  • Open a session in the online services then choose the Programme Roulez électrique.
  • In the menu, click on the Mes demandes tab (My applications).
  • Click on the Créer une demande button (Create an application). 
  • Choose the Borne de recharge (Charging station) option, then Multilogement résidentiel (Residential multiple dwelling building).
  • Select your type of parking lot and building.
  • Indicate whether you are the owner of a multiple dwelling building or the owner of an electric vehicle. If necessary, you will be redirected to another section of the program.

Enter all the requisite information under the Adresse d’installation (Installation address) and Borne (Charging station) tabs.

  • Remember to add all the charging stations that have been installed when there is more than one.
  • Under the Documents tab, be sure to append to your application an electronic version of all the requisite supporting documents.
  • Save the application then click on Soumettre la demande (Submit the application).

3 – Monitor the processing of your application

The program administrator will process your application.

You will be notified by email if corrections or additional information are required. You must access your account This hyperlink will open in a new window. to make the corrections requested.

Unusual processing time

After submitting your application, you may have to wait up to 10 weeks before receiving your financial assistance in the form of a cheque.

We apologize for this unusually long processing time. The situation should soon return to normal.

4 – Approval of the application and payment of the financial assistance

You will be notified by email once your application has been approved.

If you are an individual, you must again access your account in the online services and enter your social insurance number under the My notices tab. The online services are secure, and this step is mandatory in order for you to receive the financial assistance.

You will receive your reimbursement in the form of a cheque by regular mail within 4 to 6 weeks.

The amount of the financial assistance is paid in one instalment.
