Centre de communication avec la clientèle

The Centre de communication avec la clientèle (CCC) can provide you with information on the following topics:

  • Public employment services
  • Last resort financial assistance

Would you like to send us a document by fax or in writing? Send it to your Services Québec office.

Note – We respond as soon as possible to general inquiries received via the Internet about public employment or social solidarity services. However, it is possible that due to the type of messaging service you use, we may have difficulty transmitting the requested information to you. As a result, if you do not receive a response within ten business days of your request, we invite you to contact us again.

Definition of working days

Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are not counted as working days.
